Steve Tigar, CEO Money Dashboard

Our keynote speaker, Steve Tigar is CEO of Money Dashboard, the UK’s leading personal financial performance tool. Steve studied Management at St Andrews, leaving with a first-class Honours degree. He was selected to join a year-long entrepreneurial programme at Babson College, after which he embarked on three Fellowship consultancy projects located in both his native Scotland and North America. Before joining Money Dashboard in 2014, Steve was Managing Director at Lettingweb Ltd for three years.

James Dickerson, Product Director, Accenture

James is the Product Director for Accenture’s new Open Banking proposition, Open Commerce, and is a part of the UK/I Financial Services management team. Previously, James was the Programme Director for the FinTech Innovation Lab, an annual mentorship programme for entrepreneurs and early-stage companies that are developing cutting-edge technologies for the financial services sector.

Mike Clark, Enterprise Architect, Digital Channel Architecture, Nationwide

Mike is leading Nationwide’s open banking implementation programme.  As a passionate innovator and strategist he is able to see natural connections, and bring clarity and simplicity to complex business and customer problems. Mike likes to combine depth with pragmatism, creativity and innovation with a focus on outcomes, with the aim of bringing positive results to the business and its customers.

Omar Rifaat,  Innovation & Engagement Director, Visa

Omar manages Visa’s innovation centre in London, supporting clients and partners adapt to the constantly changing digital landscape and making sure that we provide the best ways for people to pay for things.  Using co-creation approaches and design thinking we make sure we're putting customer needs at the heart of how we design and deliver new products and services to the market.

Joseph Station, Head of Market Dynamics, GfK

Joseph Staton is Head of Market Dynamics at GfK. A consumer trends expert, our global clients rely on him and his team to understand consumers now and to anticipate how their behaviour will change tomorrow. A frequent public speaker and commentator, he is regularly quoted discussing the results of our monthly Consumer Confidence Barometer in leading media outlets. Prior to GfK, Joe worked in advertising, including extensive stints at JWT and Leo Burnett.

Bradley Taylor, Head of Brand and Communications, GfK

Bradley is Head of GfK UK Brand, Communications and Customer Experiences. He has a long history of developing first to market research methods across multiple-categories. He has a pragmatic style and loves to work with clients on solving hard and impossible customer-marketing problems. Recently he has brought to market an Artificial Intelligence enabled deep learning tool for quick, insightful and actionable analyses of verbatim customer feedback.

Miriam Comber, Head of Market Builder, GfK

Miriam is a director within GfK’s MOI division and a recognised industry expert in segmentation and conjoint studies for financial services. She is GfK’s Market Builder lead specialist and will have overall responsibility for the quantitative  phase of the study.

Miriam has extensive experience in Market Research, working largely on ad-hoc quantitative studies across a number of markets. Miriam joined GfK’s Financial services division in 2000 and has specialised in Financial Services research since.

 Miriam has given two MRS conference papers, including one on mortgage decision making and has spoken at ESOMAR conferences.

Gavin McLauchlan, Senior Director GfK

Gavin has held senior positions in the Media, Retail Loyalty and Market Research industries during which time he has been involved in delivering some of the biggest game changing events - including being responsible for the launch of BT's television services whilst at Microsoft.

Gavin specialises in Strategy, Sales and marketing and has worked with, and for, many of the largest organizations in their fields. These include Sainsbury's, Asda, Boots, Proctor & Gamble, The Mars Group, PepsiCo, the BBC, BT, Sky, Microsoft, HMV, Nielsen and many others - both here in the UK, and abroad. 

At home Gavin lives the digital media life and has done since 1995. He has converted 134,000+ music tracks and thousands of movies, and owns in excess of 500,000 digital photographs. He always looks for new ways to ingest, digest and enjoy content at home and on the move. Experiences which frequently translate into adopting different approaches to work. He is also an avid cricket and rugby fan."
